Posted on: 7/03/2025World Book DayThe school's World Book Day festivities on March 6th and 7th were a huge success. Students engaged in a variety of activities and were delighted to welcome the author, Agnieszka Migew. To enrich the experience, we organised an engaging line up of activities to foster a love for literature amongst our students. Parents came into the classrooms to read with children. To add to the festivities, our dedicated staff dressed up as beloved traditional characters. Students embarked on an exciting treasure hunt, with each teacher guiding them through clues to discover various characters. It was a wonderful couple of days, enjoyed by the whole school community.

Posted on: 6/03/2025Ash Wednesday - 5th March 2025Ash Wednesday Mass On Wednesday the 5th of March, the entire school led by Year 6 gathered to celebrate our Ash Wednesday mass along with parents and Father Vincent. It was a profound and sacred experience that allowed us as a community to mark the beginning of the Lenten season. The placing of the ashes on the forehead, in the shape of a cross, serves as a powerful reminder of our mortality and our need for God's mercy. By having this Ash Wednesday mass as a school, we were able to have moments of stillness and create and strengthen our connection with God in the midst of daily life. We were reminded of the need for repentance and renewal while offering hope and encouragement for the journey ahead.
