Deputy Headteacher
An empathetic and creative leader is required to take on the post of Deputy Head from September 2025 or sooner. This is an excellent opportunity for a superb candidate to join the management team of our wonderful School.

Deputy Headteacher Application Pack
Midday Meals Supervisor
We are looking to appoint a Midday Meals Supervisor to engage with the children during lunchtime and ensure a safe and healthy environment for them. You will work under the direction of the Headteacher. Our Lady of Grace is an over-subscribed school, which has an excellent reputation locally.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Supervision and the management of pupils during the midday break in the dining area, about the school premises and in the playground as necessary.
- To provide an exemplar model to other members of the team using fair and consistent handling of the children in a calm and positive manner.
- Ensure that Health and Safety practices and procedures affecting pupils are maintained during the Midday Break.
- Encourage independence, promote suitable play and deal with issues as they arise in a transparently fair, and consistent manner in accordance with school policies.
- Experience of dealing with SEN children would be advantageous but not essential as they will have dedicated support where required and training would be provided.

Midday Meals Supervisor JD and Person Specification
Teaching Assistant
We are looking to appoint a teaching assistant at Our Lady of Grace to join our excellent team. In the first instance, this will be to work alongside individual children and groups in class and also in managing small groups of pupils for specific interventions as required. You may also be required to support children with Special Needs on a 1:1 basis.
Our successful candidate should be confident in working with children across the age range (5-11) and it may suit someone thinking of teaching as a career.
You should have experience of working with teachers in creating and delivering specific educational programmes, adapting these to individual needs. You must be able to work on your own initiative, but need to be a good team player too!
We are looking for an applicant with experience of comparable work in a similar setting and hold a childcare qualification. You should hold a First Aid qualification or be willing to train for one.
References will be required and as part of safeguarding the welfare of all our children, a DBS clearance will be undertaken.
Visits to the school are strongly recommended and should be arranged as soon as possible through the School Office (020 8858 2262).

Playworker - Wrappers Club
We have ongoing vacancies for our afternoon Wrappers Club from 3.15pm - 6pm.
- Are you organised and enthusiastic?
- Can you support, planned activities with structure and enthusiam? This includes a wide range from multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, downtime and structured play.
- Are you proactive, responsible and able to follow procedures? The children in our care are our responsibility and policies are in place for the team members to follow.
